Ts. Raja Shazrin Shah FASc
Managing Director
Ts. Raja Shazrin Shah FASc is a sustainability champion with over two decades of experience turning climate ambition into real-world action. In 2025, he was elected as a Fellow of the Academy of Sciences Malaysia, a recognition of his leadership and lasting impact in advancing sustainability and planetary health.
Over the years, he has led transformative projects across the energy, manufacturing, and environmental sectors, helping organizations unlock opportunities in cleaner production, ESG integration, and sustainability reporting. His work is grounded in a simple belief — that every industry can thrive while protecting our planet’s future.
As an Adjunct Professor at the University of Malaya and the University of Technology Malaysia, Shazrin connects science with practice, guiding the next generation of leaders and innovators. Whether in the boardroom, the classroom, or on the global stage, he inspires action, drives change, and helps chart the course toward a net-zero world.


Emeritus Professor Dr. Nik Meriam Nik Sulaiman FASc is a renowned environmental consultant and academic with expertise in sustainable process engineering, life cycle management, and cleaner production. With over 35 years at Universiti Malaya, she held key leadership roles and led impactful projects on GHG assessments, green technology, and environmental management with organizations like TNB Research and the Department of Environment. A prolific researcher, she earned the ASM Top Research Scientist Award in 2015 and was elected as an ASM Fellow in 2019. Now an Honorary Professor, she continues her consultancy work, driving innovative solutions for sustainability challenges.

Expert Collaborations
Associate Professor Dr. Noor Zalina Mahmood is an environmental management expert specializing in solid waste management, recycling, MFCA, and LCA. She has led research on sustainable waste practices, GHG emissions, and low-carbon strategies, shaping industry standards. As Director of the Kongzi Institute at Universiti Malaya, she drives sustainability initiatives like low-carbon campus strategies and collaborates with agencies on GHG assessments and landfill technology. Recognized with multiple awards, she bridges academia and industry to deliver innovative solutions for sustainable development.



Associate Professor Ir Dr. Lee Kiat Moon, a chemical and petroleum engineering academic at UCSI University, specializes in biomass valorization, carbon capture, biofuels, and biopolymers. A Chartered Engineer and member of IET, she has led impactful research on ammonia/hydrogen combustion and graphene/polymer systems, supported by grants like REIG and FRGS. Dedicated to advancing chemical engineering, she emphasizes sustainable and energy-efficient solutions while actively contributing to the professional development of the engineering community.

Ir. Dr. Tan Lian See is a Senior Lecturer at the Malaysia-Japan International Institute of Technology, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM). Her research focuses on process intensification, water purification technologies, and waste-to-energy solutions. She has secured multiple grants, including industry and international funding, and has published extensively, with 50 indexed publications. Dr. Tan has supervised numerous postgraduate students and actively contributes to advancing sustainable engineering practices.
